Waterproofing your home’s foundation is not as complex as it sounds. We have been protecting the below-grade areas of residential homes for more than 15 years. We waterproof the exterior of your home’s foundation by first carefully digging around the foundation, then applying a self-adhered membrane that we then torch onto the concrete, effectively wrapping the below-grade areas of your home with a protective coating that repels moisture. Once the membrane is applied, we cover it again by backfilling the exposed area, always being careful to minimize disruption to your yard and landscaped areas. The finished product is out of sight, but you’ll see the benefits of a clean, dry foundation every day.
